Refund & Cancellation
1. Current status — private preview
TapeCharts is currently in private preview. Access is provisioned individually and free of charge, so there are no subscription fees today. This policy describes how cancellation, billing and refunds work when paid plans are introduced. When paid plans launch, the prices, billing cycles, renewal terms and any specific refund terms will be shown at checkout and will supplement this policy.
2. Cancellation
Where a paid subscription applies, it renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account billing page or by contacting support@tapecharts.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current paid billing period unless stated otherwise at checkout.
3. Refunds
Unless required by applicable law or expressly stated at the time of purchase, subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has begun. Any money-back guarantee or trial-refund window that we choose to offer will be stated clearly at checkout and will govern that purchase.
4. Trials and promotions
Free trials, discounts, credits or promotions may carry additional terms shown at signup. Unless stated otherwise, a trial converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends.
5. Billing errors
If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@tapecharts.com promptly. We may request the information needed to investigate and will correct genuine billing errors.
6. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer-protection or statutory refund rights that apply to you in your jurisdiction.
